We can notice that the vertex of h(x) is at the point (4, -3).

So the graph of f(x) is shifted 4 units to the right and then 3 units down to obtain the the graph of h(x).

So the equation of h(x) becomes,

h(x) = (x - 4)2 - 3

i.e. h(x) = x2 - 8x + 16 - 3

i.e. h(x) = x2 - 8x + 13
