The complications of dealing with sexual harassment in today’s highly polarized society are that there are such incidents are often overlooked and curbed especially when allegations are against highly influential people or people having high position or power in the society, upper income class people, people having political connections etc. Due to high polarization in the society, charges of sexual harassment are never proven against such people and it is the poor and underpowered or repressed segment of people who always suffer and their plea is never attended as well, even if they are the victims of sexual harassment. Hence it us difficult to deal with incidents of sexual harassment due to such complications.
