Answer:- Development is defined as the growth or positive change in someone or something so that they can become more advanced. It deals with the acquisition of various skills in order to improve the quality of life. It is not only about human interaction but also involves improvement in the economic and natural environment.

1. Development is when skills and knowledge are increase for the overall growth of the employees that will be needed for future job

1. Both improve the performance of the employees.

2. Both provide practical knowledge to employees that will improve their capability.

Answer:- Training is defined as a process in which individuals learn certain skills and knowledge for a particular reason or purpose. In an organization, these skills and knowledge are taught to employees to perform a particular job or task.

Answer:- A pretest-posttest for evaluating training effectiveness is used to measure the knowledge that is gained from participating in a training program. This test is done to compare the scores of the employee's knowledge before the after the training,
