What are the steps of the Instructional Design Process?
How do you determine whether employees are ready to undergo training?
What is the most effective way to assess training effectiveness?
What is instructional design?
As per the policy, I have answered one question.
Answer:- The steps of the instructional design process are:-
1) Analyze:- It analyses the current situation with a series of questions and understands the goal of the training. It profiles target learners and gathers as much as information to identify the needs of the organization. This helps in the decision making of whether training or any other alternative method will be required to solve the issue.
2) Design:- Here the learning from the previous steps is taken and makes practical decisions which include delivery methods, instructional strategy, structure, etc. The learning objectives for each task are met in this step.
3) Development:- Develop the instructional materials such as presentation, participant guides, add graphics, etc, and cover all goals and objectives of the design process.
4) Implementation:- In this step, the learning materials are distributed to the learners and its effects are monitored.
5) Evaluation:- It determines if the training was successful or created a measurable impact on the learner's behavior based on their feedback and analytics.
