Since 1/2 Cup of sugar is required for the receipe to be in proper proportion with 1 cup of butter and 2.5 cups of flour.

But since the sugar is accidently added 1 cup which means the sugar is doubled from the actual proportional quantity of 1/2 cup

Hence to keep the receipe in same proportion quantity of butter and flour must also be doubled

Therefore amount of butter to be added more is 1 cup and amount of flour to be added more is 2.5 cup.

Hence option A is correct.
