b. Focus too much attention on the individual.

Both biological and psychological theories of deviance give more emphasis on the individual. The major limitation of these theories is that they ignore the importance of organization of society. How social factors influence deviance behaviors, these theories overlooked. To overcome these limitations present studies put more attention on social influence.
