Answer :  

Step 1: Open Autocad software an and select 2D annotations module.

Step 2 : Take align command and draw as per given below profile.

Step 3 : After drawing the above profile by using the line command, circle command and must be carefully joined without any open loops.

Please don't use any JOIN command because in this solid component there is a different cross sections at different points so we shouldn't use "JOIN COMMAND".

Step 4 : In this 2D drafting module draw A,B,C,D away from the tab attached line diagram given specification.

Step 5 : Now select the 3D drafting on the near the command bar settings.

Step 5 : Now select the "LOFT COMMAND" in 3D module after that select the B section and C section and draw as per given a 2D diagram in water position it has and after selecting Loft command select the B Section and C section and the 2D profile as per three-dimensional object and automatically the solid formation take place .

Step 6: Repeat the above steps at different sections in different points and the final required three-dimensional object will be formed.
