step1: draw the path given in the question (line cammand,fillet cammand)

step2: draw the crossection 'd' on the bottom plane(line,fillet)

step3: move the crossection 'd' to the end point of the curve(move)

step4:draw the crossection 'd' on perpendicular to the bottom plane,then move to the respective position

step5:draw the section 'b' on the respective planes and move to the respective points

step6:draw the section 'a' on the respective plane and move to the required point using MOVE cammand

step7: draw the section 'c' on the respective plane and move to the required point

step8:draw the circle for cylinder and move to the end point of the path

step9: using loft cammand select all crossection first and then select the path
