1) Draw the cross-sections A,B,C,D in auto cad.

15000 1.2500 1.0000 4.7500

2) Draw the guide-profile in auto cad.

5,3270 R0.5000 R0.5000 + + 100 2.250) 2.6650 R0.1940

3) Place all cross-sections on guide-profile at correct places.Use commands-MOVE,3D Rotate,ALIGN.

4)Loft all cross-sections along guide-profile using LOFT command.

5)Draw 2 circles of diameter 1 init using CIRCLE command.Place the circles in required position using commands MOVE,3D ROTATE.

6)Exrude the two circles to cyliners of heights 1.125 & 0.125 using EXTRUDE command.

7)Now join 2 cyliners to c-clamp using UNION command.

8)Now need to make hole of diameter 0.625 unit in cylinder of height 1.125 unit height.Draw circle of diameter 0.625 unit.Place the circle in required position using commands MOVE,3D ROTATE.

9)Extrude the circle of doameter 0.625 unit to cylinder of any length using EXTRUDE command.

10)Now substract this 0.625 unit cylinder from c-clamp using SUBSTRACT command.Now we get hole of diamater in cyliner of height 1.125 unit.
