Answer #1

Option C. Interior of the nucleus. The proteins which are synthesized on rough endoplasmic reticulum are transported to the exterior of the cell, to lysosome, to nuclear membrane via Golgi apparatus in the form of vesicles. While protein that are destined for interior of mitochondria, nucleus, and even cytosol are synthesized exclusively in the cytosol.
