This open ended question for the consumer in any sales scenario would prompt the consumer to open up on the aspects of their wants and price like aspects. The comment that consumer would make would be involving their needs which would give the idea of the product, price, use and utilities would be received in this communications. The closed ended questions have been in the business would make the product description very precise which would miss the opportunity to talk and communicate well with the consumer. This open ended question gives the consumer to explain them in the aforesaid manner and also add something more to it which would give the sales an opportunity and chance to do the right sales and also develop up saling.
