Five programmes for the children who have positively deviated from the norms are following:

(1)Special scholarship program: Such children should be awarded scholarships so that they and their families are motivated for their education.

(2)Education assistance program: These special children should be assisted in particular in areas or subjects where they are lagging.

(3)Cognitive ability development programs: These children face various cognitive issues for which special programs should be incorporated separately.

(4)Higher education assistance program: These children should be given opportunities in higher education.

(5)Co-curricular activities program: These children need to be given support also in other areas such as sports, arts, singing, paintings etc.
