TH cells interact with B cells displaying same antigen MHC complex.

The above is the right option.

T helper cells activate B cells which develop in to plasma cells. It is these plasma cells which have the ability to divide and produce antibodies at very rapid rate.

Lymphokines are produced by lymphocytes. TC cells kill virus infected cells. They do not initiate immunity related to B cells.
