6) As a firm, I would prefer to operate in manufacturing environments in other countries that dio not have unios becasue unions enforce long erm contracts that can limit flexibility. Stringent work rules can limit innovation and strikes can be crippling in case of monopoly. Union workers tend to have lower productivity as across-the board rewards restrict performance and inccrease top performers turnover rate. Job security laws limit necessary termination of under performing workers making them a liability rather than an asset. Unions maintenance cost comes with a cost that can drie up the prices.

7) Action: 1) Manufacturing sector relies heavily on over-time and therefore, first step would be to include over-time wage along with the wage pay and punch-in facility to record the same.

2) Studying the Vietanamese wage law along with union contracts and building wage rules and policies in connection with the country's laws and regulations.
