(1) The pharmaceutical industry finds, manufactures, and sells drugs or drugs for use as a drug (or administered alone) to patients for treatment, vaccination, or symptom relief. Pharmaceutical companies can deal in generic drugs or brands and medical devices. They are subject to various laws and regulations governing patents, testing, safety, efficacy and drug markets.
The pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industry develops and manufactures a variety of medicines and other health-related products that save millions of lives from various diseases and allow many people suffering from disease to recover to lead productive lives. .

(2) Goods and services. Today, thousands of drugs are available for diagnosis, prevention and treatment. In addition to helping treat infections such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, malaria, influenza and sexually transmitted infections, these drugs also help prevent and treat cardiovascular disease, asthma, diabetes, hepatitis, autism and cancer. For example, anti-nausea drugs help cancer patients with chemotherapy. Blood clots help stroke patients avoid brain damage. And psychotropic drugs reduce the severity of mental illness for many. Antibiotics and vaccines reduce the incidence of diseases such as diphtheria, syphilis and whooping cough. Discoveries in veterinary medicine control various diseases, some of which spread to humans.

(3) The US pharmaceutical industry is renowned worldwide for its new drug research and development, and spends its revenue high on research and development compared to other industries. Each year, tests in the pharmaceutical industry include millions of compounds, but in the end it can deliver fewer than 100 new drugs.

For most companies in the industry, actual drug production is the final step in a long process that begins with research to discover new products and improve or modify existing products. The Research and Development Department of the Pharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical Company is launching this process by discovering and testing libraries containing hundreds of millions of new chemical compounds that have the potential to prevent, control or reduce symptoms, disease or other health problems. Scientists use sophisticated techniques, including computer simulations, composite chemistry, and high performance to accelerate and discover potential new components.

(4) Most companies devote a significant portion of their R&D budgets to conducting research using scientific knowledge to develop targeted drugs for specific uses. For example, R&D may focus on the development of components that will effectively reduce the development of breast cancer. If the discovery phase provides promising results, the technical team strives to develop safe and effective products based on the findings.

(5) A test method called "Screening" is used to test new products in development. For example, to look at antibiotics, a sample was first placed in a bacterial culture. If the antibiotic is effective then it is tested on infected laboratory animals. Laboratory animals have also been used to study the safety and efficacy of new drugs. New drugs are only selected for testing in humans unless it promises or has clinical advantages over already used or safer drugs. Drug monitoring is an extremely expensive and expensive process - only one out of every 5,000 to 10,000 compounds tested is eventually converted into an approved drug.
