in general minority workers are under the poverty line, hence their facilities to cope with the risk of injuries or the injury itself is difficult. therefore, keeping in mind their financial plight, it would the safe to say they face various differences in their post- injury experiences.

also,

since in many places minorities are given special benefits and qoutas for their upliftment and that could also result in a difference of post- injury experience.
