Snell's law states,

sin(x)/sin(y) = n1/n2 , where, x=angle of refraction, y=angle of incidence, n1=refractive index of initial medium, n2=refractive index of final medium.

Here, x=35.2°, n1=1.33, n2=1.523

Therefore, sin(y)= (n2 × sin(x))/n1

y = sin^-1((1.523×sin(35.2))/1.33) = 41.2°

Ans:- D) 41.2°
