molar mass : 2* 52 amu + 3* ( 12 + 3*16) = 284 g/mol

moles of Cr2(CO3)3: 179.3 g/ 284 g/mol   = 0.6313 moles

moler ratio Cr2(CO3)3: C = 1 : 9

Thus moles of Carbon : 0.6313 mole Cr2(CO3)3* 9 mole C / Cr2(CO3)3   = 5.682 moles
