Answer #1

Answer:

A causal loop diagram (CLD) is a causal diagram that aids in visualizing how different variables in a system are interrelated. Interrelation of the various variables could be used by the decision makers of the company.

In our case, where an Austrian firm sells the furniture in the Indian market and having its manufacturing unit in Austria, causal loop diagram can be used by the CEO and other decision makers of the manufacturing unit in Austria and the regional director of the unit that is responsible for selling furniture in India.

CEO of the manufacturing unit can determine how each variable associated with conducting the business in India are interrelated with each other. On the basis of this interrelation, the top executives of the company can take important decision for the supply of the furniture in the Indian market. If the variable show positive correlation, then company would supply more number of products to the Indian market and if the interrelation between the variables is negative, then company would find the alternatives and would develop strategies so as to increase the sales of their product in India.
