Following standard procedures in Forestry Commission are most relevant, the main causes are described as below:-

i. Stock survey- this is a important process of collecting the data, about a particular region of a forest. including various forestry resources llike- woodlands or forests and number of trees on a given area.Due to this survey we can know about the ecosystem strength and also all data about a particular given area. This data also very helpful for indentify the extinct varieties or a foreign varieties. Thus, Stock survey is very revelant for proper data information and data analysis of a particular forest. The most common method for data collection is quardrate method.  

We parcularly know about the following important data:- the tree stem diameter, Height of plants, Health and vitality of forest ecosystems, Biological diversity of various species. Estimating growing stock and biomass.

ii. Stock map preparation:- this information can be measured in solid cubic metres (m3). This dara presented as a image form. Therefore we can observe a large forest as a small image. So we can clarify all the data of a forest. All the qualitative and quantitative characteristics are presented as an image form. Thus, Stock map preparation is very revelant for educational and information purposes.  

iii. Yield allocation :- this is a very standard and mordern procedures in Forestry Commission. The sustainable use of resources is the main aim in this procedure. The production of a biological resource , management of resources, conservation catagories and influence the production are also controlled by this process. Cutting down the no of trees in a particular area is also e useful data, the we have to ensure replacement regrowth or reproduction or increase the productivity before another harvest occurs. It provides a technical information about a forest.

iv. Conveyance Certificate:- lt is a process by which a final official document is created about a forest and also for a forest resources .

V. Closure Certificate:- Mailny issued against deforestation and for negative impacts in an forest. Here all activities and human i terferances are prevented in a forest.
