Answer #1

Chromatin remodeling is the process dynamic modification which occurs on the architecture of chromatin . This process allows the regulatory transcription machinery proteins, to access the condensed genomic DNA.

This process helps in control of gene expression.

When a defective chromatin remodelling occur. The gene expression of the cells is highly affected.

hence, correct answer is ' abnormal pattern of gene expression'

thank you!! Question 1 0.5 pts It has been shown that inhibition of a key chromatin remodeling complex known as NURD. by deleting one of its subunits, can result in a significant increase in the efficiency of reprogramming of somatic cells into pluripotent stem cells. The reprogramming is normally done by the induced expression of a battery of transcription factors in the somatic cells, but is typically not very efficient. Such an observation suggests that the NURD complex is normally...

Question 3 1 pts What would happen to the expression of this gene if this cell did not have any GAL4 protein and why? It would be always off because GAL4 activates transcription . it would be always on because GAL80 won't be able to bind DNA without GAL4 it would be always on because GAL4 inhibits transcription it would only be on when galactose is present Question 4 1 pts What would happen to the expression of this gene...
