(Flow is a term in positive psychology. It is a state where a person performs any task or activity at his fullest level, with high energy along with enjoyment. )

Diminishers - D.  Leaders who drain the energy and capability of those around them

(Diminishers always want to be the smartest person in the group)

Paradox of Power - E.  You become more powerful when you give your own power away

(When a person hold power or in powerful position he/she might get inclined to unfair practices. Hence giving own power make individual more powerful)
