Answer #1

This problem will not just impact the small business owners but also the local economy, and thus it becomes a responsibility of the state government too, to help these businesses in every possible way. The government should provide monetary aid so that these restaurants can start conducting their day to day operations again. The taxes should be exempted for at least an year so that restaurants can use that margin to pay their staff, and the government should also provide these restaurants with zero interest loans for at least a period of next 1 year, allowing them an opportunity to recover from this pandemic. Also the companies who are into food delivery like uber eats, should help these restaurants in delivering their food, at bare minimum service charge and keeping the operational cost to minimum, so that everyone can survive through this tough time.

The above solution reflects all the sources and connections that a restaurant would need to solve this problem, and as a business they need to reach to each and every one of these aids to survive.

ROAD MAP:

Getting AID from Government ==> Get loans if needed at min or zero interest===> if property is on rent, negotiate with owner to get rent reduced====> Start delivering food===> Take additional discounts from delivery partners
