The Social Media policies “FIT for Purpose” under current issues faced by the Post Pandemic situation by the Human Resources department can be divided into various parts including Disclose, Protect, and Use common sense. HR managers must consider this a rule of engagement for the employees. The first component is of disclosure that describes that social media must be transparent and contains all the information that customer needs. Protection shows that the company must be protective of its employees and customers by undertaking all ethical policies and activities. Ans the last component states that common sense is most important as far as professional, straightforwardness, and communication are concerned.
