23 pairs are present in humans. Of each pair one chromosome will be transmitted to gametes. This probability is 1/2.

So, for all 23 pairs probability of getting only blue or maternal homologue is , (1/2)^ 23

That is 1/2× 1/2× 1/2× 1/2×1/2×1/2×1/2×1/2×1/2×1/2×1/2×1/2×1/2×1/2×1/2×1/2×1/2×1/2×1/2×1/2 = 1/8,388,608

That is probability of having such combination is 1 out of 8,388,608.
