Managers need to create a sense of unity among the employees so that they work together with positivity. They can arrange trips or gatherings where employees get to know each other which makes their relation strong. The managers need to let the employees discuss any misunderstandings so that they can be cleared . Events, games and other activities which would help in bringing the employees together can help in maintaining a positive relation. Also celebrating all the festivals irrespective of culture and religion would help in bring everyone together and work on their unity even in diverse conditions which would be a great support to build a positive relation between each other.
