One of the most important things about a faculty is clarity of thought, speech and expression. This would mean that the faculty should make the students think and act in a way that would not only improve their cognitive abilities but also their social wellbeing. One of the most important disadvantages would be that students wouldn’t focus on the class but would start disrespecting the faculty which may lead them not to gain important knowledge and skills. Secondly, a faculty is supposed to be the role model to the students since education is not only to make a living but also to teach how to live in the society. If the faculty is not able to lead by example, they are contributing to the moral decline of people.
