The PMO is described as a department or a team that maintains and set standards for the purpose of management of project within an organization. It is important to mention that the PMO is responsible for creating best practices and procedures that assist an organization to complete quality deliverables, and allows operations to move and accomplish targets in a proper time frame.
I can apply the same approach to emphasize on the career advancement. I can also frame best practices for myself, set targets and achieve the same within a stipulated deadline.
