My areas are education, training and certification.

My top two priorities are education and training.

Since nursing is not an easy field to persue, you need to have knowledge of each and every thing and for that education is the most important.

But when you have education, that is a theoretical knowledge and that has to be converted into practical knowledge and for that training is required. So, actions I would do will be that I would focus on the American practices of nursing and try to learn everything that should be done by a nurse because giving little effort can sometimes save someone's life.
