A satisfied employee can able to create more than 100 hundred
customers. So the company can create a Win-Win strategy which helps
both employees and company to attain the goals and objectives. Most
of the companies are using different methods for managing the
employee’s grievances. For effectively solving the issues, the
companies should use the consultative mechanism or consultative
committee. Consultative committee mainly includes an HR manager,
employee and union representative.
Using consultative committee is very effective for the companies to
solve the issues faced by the employees without wasting time. It
also helps the company for understanding the actual need of the
employees and it also helps for reducing the conflicts between the
management and employee unions, because we are taking the final
decision by considering the interest of the employees.
