According to Hardy-Weinberg principle, if a population is in equilibrium and there is no external influences then the allele frequencies will remain constant generation after generation.

According to the data provided , in 500th generation the frequency of "R" allele is 0.57 and frequency of "r" allele is 0.43.

In 501th generation, "R" allele frequency is 0.65 and "r" allele frequency is 0.35 .

It is proved that in this population allele frequencies changed after one generation. So the population is not in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.

This could be occured due to natural selection,directional selection of an allele, nonrandom mating etc.
