In case of the burn first of all the primaryh care or first aid is used and ABC treatment is employed. If possible it is advised to remove all the burned clothes. Then asess the percentage of the burn in term of the degree of burn primary , secondary and tertiary burn . Then accordingly the tretment should be progressed. If minor case of the burn then it is advised to apply silversulphadizine and silver nitreate burn cream on the affected area. But in case of the severe burn other remedies are used. Water therapies are used and burn related shocks are managed by fluid and electrolyte balance . Thre may be the hypovoilmic shock hence it is advised to manage that by proper medical interventions.
Further the patient is educated for the infection prevention and further safety protocols. Moreover the patient education is provided to aseess the future handling of such incidences and the precautions to work in the case of the burn prone areas. also advised to take proper fluid supplements to repleinish the fluid and electrolyte balance of the body and maintain the hydration of skin.
