As i label first line of defense consist of barriers like skin, mucus, wax, Nk cells, complement broteins etc. Second line of defense produces cell mediated immunity induces phagocytosis, fever, inflammation and third line of defense is antibody mediated immunity carroed out by lymphocytes etc.
