Yes, Tesla can convince consumers to buy all electric cars because Tesla, Inc. Facing merchant disputes in some states as a result of local law. In the United States, selling cars directly to manufacturers is prohibited in many states by a franchise law that requires new cars to be sold only by independent dealers. Electric car maker Tesla claims that in order to properly explain to customers the advantages of their car over traditional combustion engine vehicles, they can not rely on third-party distributors to handle their sales.
