The Class Aves
includes a massive diversity
of organisms primarily adapted for flight. However, members of the
group sruthioniformes
are almost all large, flightless birds.
The other clade, which includes chickens, sparrows, ducks and many
other famillar
flighted birds is called passerid .
There are three clades within the mammals based primarily on their
mode of
reproduction:monotremes
are egg laying
mammals,
Marsupials are pouch-bearing
mammals, and the rest, placental
make up the
vast majority of modern mammalian diversity.
Aves are the warm blooded animals , they have a four chambered
heart , bones are pneumatic in nature that is hollow from the
inside . The eggs are covered by the calcium bicarbonate layer .
The Wings are homologous to forelimbs and are adapted for flying .
They have the the adaptation for controlling the body temperature .
They have a streamlined body. Flightless bird include the ostrich ,
emu and kakapo .
Mammals :- The Marsupials are mainly found in the Australian
continent. They have a pouch for the protection of the young one .
It is only found only in the Australian Continent due to its
competition by other mammals in the other continents and they are
competitively eliminated . Example of marsupials are kangaroo .
Monotreme are the egg laying mammals . Examples are Platypus ,
spiny anteater and echidna . They are found in the Australian and
New guinea region.
Placental mammals are the mammals that have placenta for the
treatment of embryo in the gestation period . Examples are Cow ,
buffalo , Humans .
