I would specifically follow the following strategies in order to face the global envt. if I were a head of multi national corporation

1. I would choose an international market to introduce the product or service where , the competition is very low or moderatly low which help help me in getting free revenues so that it couyld be reinvested domestically and the company get market share continously
2. I would adopt a clear startegy of the product /service .By leading edge product development which encourage the company to expand into new region and countries .
3. I would test the product in the target country to ensure the and deter,mine the sucess and check if any adjustement is needed .
4. I would utilize the associate in the overseas market for the new development mponitoring
5. Maintaining contact with the decision maker and would identify the opoortunites .

Strategies to avoid

depicting the image of the compnay for a particular sector including age,sex,religion ,caste tc .

going directly in against the rivalaries in the target countries to get the profit .
