Humans can acts as Both Defenitive host & intermediate host.

Adult worm lives in the Intestine & larvae encyst in the Skeletal muscles.

Life cycle--

In the Intestine ,Male and female fuses to form Juvenile Spiralis

They migrate into muscles,where they mature into infective tage

Humans get infection when they eat Improperly cooked food which contain infective juvenile Spiralis

From the muscles,they penetrate into Small intestine where they sexually matures
