a) Magnetic field do not repel or attract charges. It is only the force of field which affect the electric charges when the particle is moving. On starionary charge magnetic field does not show any affect. Electric charges create its own magnetic field during motion. When this particle moving near any particle then the particle feel the force of field or relatively if the charge enter in a stationary magnetic field then the field affect the charge.

Option A is correct.

b) if the circuit have low capictance then arrange the capacitor in a parllel palte capacitor. In parrlel plate capacitor circuit use low voltage and create more enrgy compare to series.

Option B is correct.
