For the following, I want to find the answers myself, therefore I simply need a step-by-step process to find the solution:

"Use a graphing calculator to find an equivalent monthly rate for each rate per annum, compounded semi-annually.

Please list the solution in a format that shows what values are needed and what values I must find, and don't worry about the graphing calculator portion of the question (I will be calculating it by hand anyway).
