The correct answer is b; sufficient condition because accumulation of snow is not the only reason that can cancel classes, there can be other conditions such as the death of prime minister or the director of the institute that can cancel the classes. So, in sufficient condition if x happens then y happens but for y to happen then x is not the only condition. Other options are incorrect because in necessary condition, x alone is responsible for y and if x is not then y is not possible.
