Answer #1

Correct answer is a-Necessary

Necessary condition means it must be present in an event to occur.Exercise is necessary for a person to live longer. It has various health benefits.Exercise is needed to prevent diseases. But it alone doesn't provide sufficient cause for long living.

b is wrong because suffient condition means set of conditions that will produce the event. Here exercising alone is not sufficient for long living and some other conditions are also needed for long living

c is also wrong ,exercising is necessary for long living, but only execising is not sufficient for long living.Other necessary factors are also needed

d is wrong because exercising is also necessary for long living
