The disable people face challenges in communication. To avoid such challenge they need to follow some rules:

• They must be careful to the self-care.
• They must use to avoid being labeled as disable.
• They think themselves as a separate class, Such stereotype thinking is a problem in doing spontaneous communication. They must avoid this.
• They should try to fulfill their shortcomings in doing communication.
• Social stigma makes them isolated. They should be be free from such stigmatization through spontaneous social interactions.
• The community people have some duties to them. they should not go ahead to help them when they do not need it.
• The social members should not avoid them in doing communication.
• Their rights of living and self-dignity should be respected.
