1, no, I have never personally experienced or witnessed incivility,bullying or horizontal or lateral violence..

2, if it is happened I will take it as a serious and I make intervention to solve that problem.. culture of incivility make the Patient safe and it can promote team work..I will create individual support, and training needed to handle this incidence..social interaction between nurse,physician,manager, is important for team building..

3, facility need to develop and enforce a zero-tolerance policy for incivility..uncivil behaviour should be explained clearly..team building focus on trust, engaging staff in decision making and positive interaction..need better team work collaboration..
