no, I have never personally experienced or witnessed incivility,bullying or horizontal or lateral violence. Civility is a system value that improves safety in health care settings. facility need to develop and enforce a zero-tolerance policy for incivility..uncivil behaviour should be explained clearly..team building focus on trust, engaging staff in decision making and positive interaction..need better team work collaboration.
