Cons:
when case management provide high attention to patient it made them to get confusion regarding their care..more work burden to look after all level.
Primary nursing:
pros:
It strength health care professional to provide better care,patient receive individualized care it make patient satisfaction.

staff competencies must meet the patient needs and need team member force..
Team nursing:
Pros:
It improves nurses knowledge and skills,it increase nurse job satisfaction..

Inadequate staffs and higher costs and poor outcome for patients due to reduced cost,when nurse are retained..
Functional nursing:
pros:
Patient care provided by staffs through others by senior manager,cost effective and care giver position rotated..
cons:
Staff not responsible for particular patient,there is confusion and unclear idea and medical errors occur due to less team force and less patient safety..
