Answer #1

Magnet status or designation is an award given by American Accreditation Nurses Credentialing Center . It is affiliated by the American Nurses Association to those hospitals which satisfy a set of criteria which is designed to measure the strength and quality of nursing care provided by nurses .

Some of the reasons that I believe that achieving Magnet status is important to provide services that are called best practices because this status or designation assessess the quality of care provided by the nurses in the organisations on the basis of a set of standards and guidelines . It compels the nurses to work efficiently under the guidelines and set standards so that they maintain the status and provide high quality care to the patients for better outcomes.
