As new technologies are inventing day by day a lot of changes has taken place in health care practices. Nurses are having advantage of developing their skills clinical areas where a lot of desires can be fulfilled by them. As technology is improving in the health care sectors, need for the nurses is also increasing to maintain the better health practices in hospitals.Nurses have to develop their skills and have the desire to gain knowledge and information on the current technologies used in the world. Nurses can acquire knowledge by practicing theory as well as practical part in the initial stages of their studies. As practicing improves the confidence level of the person will definitely improves. Health care is not only about the patient care but also providing care in all aspects of the health and information systems.

Several kinds of technologies have emerged in health care that has evolved a great change in health sides. Some of the important advancements that has evolved are:

1. Rehabilitation nursing

2. Occupational nursing

3. Multi speciality department

4. Critical care nursing

5. Patient coordination

6. Hospice care

7. Cath lab units

8. Emergency services...etc

In Sentera health care system, for nurses there is great scope to achieve their desired goals and to live their dreams. Nurses are the back bone to the hospital and health care systems. If a nurse is having the capability to maintain effective communication skills with the team members and with the patient or patient relatives she can gain improve patient care in various ways. So, for the fresh relieving nurses the best way to acquire the oppurtunities is to improve their skills especially in the critical care units, emergency wards, Intensive care units for their bright future chances, to settle financially in any place of the world.

Nursing profession is in full demand because of its various benefits which can settle ones life if he/ she is taking it seriously. I f a nurse wants better oppurtunities in health care and information system, she has to maintain her skills, grow her learning capabilities to a extent, act in a smarter way, can take decisions in the absence of doctor which saves patient life, maintain dignity in her profession. According to the wages, nurses who are working in the critical units are earning a good random income. So improvement is better to attract the administrative sectors.
