Answer-1) Some ways by which staff can obtain information about development options are

1-) From emails by the company Executives and managers providing them update about any type of development which they are looking for .

2-) Regular meetups and conferences where the company opens up for new positions .

3-) Through online postings of any vacancy which they want to have.

Answer-2) When allocating work to staff, we can ensure that we are doing in a way that is cost effective, outcome based and efficient is by setting a deadline in which the staff has to submit work anyhow which will tell us that they are efficient. Setting multiple parameters at every step of the work which can show that they are in the right direction and doing quality work .

Answer-3) It is very important to confirm your performance expectations with relevant teams and staff because this removes confusion and brings Clarity in work. If both have different expectations that this will be a total disaster because there would be no certain direction of what to deliver in what time , it will just be a waste of time and resources.

Answer-4) a) Legislation is important in Occupational health and safety & environmental issues because there are a certain rules and regulations which have to be followed not only Personal benefit but for the welfare of everone. Legislation gives a set of rules , procedures etc that shows what one must do and not do to be safe and avoid any hazards for themselves and as well as for the soceity.

b) Legislation is important in equal opportunity & anti discrimination because this stops people to do any type of ill manner with gender ethics and stops partiality. By adhering legislation here, one has a ethical work atmosphere free of any biasness and rules stop people from doing unethical deeds.

c) Legislation is also important in industrial relations between Employees, Employers, trade unions as it gives a proper code to the workers to not demand off the limit requests and also for employers to not exploit any workers. This creates a smooth environment where everyone can work peacefully.
