Ans --> The memory management is the most difficult task for operating system the aim is to provide a high TLB coverage with less memory allotment.

Although operating system can scarifice the memory over its performance that means it can have larger pages if it brings a significant high TLB success.

TLB cache includes pages that are recently visited so if visited again in near future then it will give result in short time thus increasing performance.

Larger page sizes means occupying a larger section of memory and thus increasing TLB reach while for small page size the TLB reach will be low thus will have more page faults.

So we can say a small page size leads to more TLB cache misses or TLB reach.

Hence option 2 and 4 is correcr among given options.
