Answer) An apparrel company that had allegations that they used child labour in less than developed countries is H&M. There was allegations that H&M outsourced some of their products from Myanmar and there the company which was in contract used 14 year old children for labor work. Although ILO(International Labour Organisation) allows 14 years old children to work for a living but the factory made children work 14 hour shifts that was just unacceptable. It came to light when overall audits by the Labour rights commission took place and they found out that this unethical deed was been done. H&M outsources their products from developing countries where the Labour is cheap and the raw materials are easily available. So the suppliers mainly were involved in Operations by child labourers . The company stated that in this complex Supply chain management, issues will arise but the company strictly condemn this practices and has started a ETI (Ethical trading initiative) to improve the working conditions of all the factory workers and all the staff involved in supply chain.

Answer-2) My goals for growth will be too conservative because I want to carefully asses and examine every step so that possibility of mistakes are less and unlike aggressiveness , nothing should be neglected. In aggressiveness , people are so goal oriented that they forget what things are they doing wrong which may affect them in the long term.
